Delhi: Gopal Rai announces re-implementation of GRAP-III due to ‘severe’ air quality

On re-implementation of GRAP-III anti-pollution measures, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai says,” Under this, construction and demolition activities will be banned. Also the plying of BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles will not be allowed.”
