Ahead of the Rajasthan Investment Summit, Agarwal said, “Rajasthan is a land where there is nothing. You have human resources, people are working, and what’s not under the earth? We have gold, silver, zinc, oil, gas, and granite. Entrepreneurs from here have worked with us outside as well.”

Discussing Vedanta’s plans, Agarwal stated, “We had invested ₹1 lakh crore earlier, and in the coming days, we will invest ₹1 lakh crore more. This will increase the production of zinc and oil, and 500,000 people will get work.”

He also announced the creation of an industrial park offering opportunities for investments ranging from ₹5 crore to ₹50 crore.

Agarwal also highlighted the state’s potential for growth stressing on the available talent pool and technology.

“Our youth are very good, and the girls here have so much strength, which is not accounted for. Instead of taking a job, make up your mind to provide a job. Rajasthan has the blood, and you will do it.”

“Technology is also very good. Governance is also very good. The bank is also ready to pay money. We have facilities for everything. You will see a different picture of Rajasthan in the coming days,” he added.
